Description Michael Herger 2010-01-07 00:27:44 UTC
scanning for images on local media is a blocking process. If a large disk with many subfolders is plugged in to the touch, this can lead to playback hiccups. Plus it could crash SP if many image files are found.

Fixed Bug: 15423
Description:
- make scanning for local images an async process
- don't crash SP by reading thousands of images, only get the first 1000 and be happy with it
- save the music folder setting
