Description d.seebald 2010-01-06 05:53:47 UTC
I am running squeezeslave 0.9-95 (Windows XP) and squeezeboxserver 7.4.1-r28947 (Ubuntu Linux 9.10).

My Music collection contains an album which has been converted from FLAC to MP3. All audio files share the same encoder settings but one file just can't be played back through squeezeslave.

With no debugging enabled, squeezeslave sometimes (not always) reports the following error:

libmad: (mp3) bad stream pointer (0x0235)

Playing the audio file via the stream (http://myserver:9000/stream.mp3) works perfectly.

I haven't tried it with squeezeslave for linux but I will test it as soon as I get home.

Just tell me, in case you need more debugging information.
