Description Gordon Harris 2009-12-31 09:45:45 UTC
Not a SBS bug, rather prob. a F12 bug or SELinux bug....but FYI:

Fedora 12, SELinux enabled.
SBS 7.5 embedded, installed from the 20091231 squeezeboxserver-7.5.0-0.1.29709.noarch.rpm

After installing a plugin using the extension downloader, SELinux reported a security alert. See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=551616

I'm not sure this bug needs investigating. My description was too generic. The SELinux alert probably is specific the the SrvrPowerCtrl plugin, which does a system call to ifconfig -a to get the system mac address.
