Description Julius Dauz 2009-12-21 12:41:24 UTC
When creating new playlists or editing existing playlist on the Napster website, the changes do not reflect on MySb.Com.

Please can someone help with this problem. it is so basic i cannot believe it is not a bug rather than a missing feature.

When I first logged onto Napster via my Squeezebox all my Napster playlists were downloaded and work. Since then I have amended playlists via the napster PC application but these changes are not being replicated to the Squeezebox Radio.

With the Napster PC app, if you want to see the changes on another PC you simply log off Napster on the PC you made the changes and log on from the other PC. With the Napster Squeezebox app there does not seem to be any way either to log off and logon again to napster (without deleting the account details and re-entering, which obviously is unacceptable). Also there does not seem to be any option within the app to "refresh playlists".

Once my playlists did update after several hours. no idea how or why. However, today, playlists created 24 hours ago are still not being shown in the Napster Squeeezebox app. I have tried pulling the power and relogging on to my wireless network. I have tried rescanning with the Squeezebox server, but that seems to only scan the locally stored music and playlists, not Napster playlists.

I am very confused!!

Moving lower-priority bugs to next target
Comment 4 Michael Herger 2011-01-12 12:22:03 UTC
I think this shouldn't be an issue any more. Once we got that feature working correctly at all :-).

This is fixed in the new Napster implementation.
