I think we should pull this plugin. Nobody uses it for 11 months, and when it's being reported as broken we don't have the time to fix it in time for the few weeks it's being used.

Emergency!  We're going to have to pull snow unless it can be fixed!  :)

Not sure if it's an emergency if it isn't reproduceable.  
what are the date/time prefs being used?  If the date/time plugin settings are "server default" then what are the current server settings?

With fresh install defaults, I'm seeing nothing in the log.
