Deezer while visually still active wouldn't play any sound any more. I get artwork, metadata etc. but the speakers stay quiet.

Tested with Boom and Baby.

Fixed Bug: 15317
Description: make Pandora use the add_account too. Wrap common add_account template in pandora/create_account.tt

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
