Description Alice Shimmin 2009-12-15 00:08:35 UTC
Several times the server has got into a state where it get stuck in a loop when trying to display menu items to the clients, ie pressing Right just brings you to the same point. It's not possible to even stop the Srv process when in this state and onlt a reboot of the computer seems to fix the problem.

Source: Srv

The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.

do you have any 3rd party plugins installed? Looking at the task manager: what's SB's memory usage?

The error message you posted: are you sure it's related to SBS at all? Anything in server.log?

Server Log

This PC is dedicate to running SqueezeCenter so I'm pretty sure this is a Squeeze Server problem. Server.log attached

Problem occurred around 23:30 on the 15th Dec

I think you should contact support or ask in the forums with more information about your system, installed memory, configurtion, antivirus etc. I don't see anything which would cause a crash in the server.log

Keep an eye on SBS' memory usage when you see this happen again.

QA will keep an eye out for additional cases of this
