Customers are being mislead by menus showing >, they are made to believe that pressing the Play Arrow on the Jive will allow them to go to the next menu, as this was the behavior for 7.3. Perhaps a difference choice of symbol may make this distinction more clear, as current behavior is to press the Center button.
