When doing a WIPE CACHE the slim.exe service CPU utilization goes around 90%.
It stays at this utilization until the service is stopped and restarted at which
time it rests at 0%.

Just FYI - This is somewhat troublesome because in order to update my library
with new folders I must do a wipe cache (rescan does not find them - bug 1507).

My bad. I've done further testing with this and the slim.exe service would
eventually stop it's high CPU utilization at 20 minutes for my large library of
>15,000 files. It only took it a couple of minutes to get the folder/file
structure together so I thought it should have been done. Also for reference my
 slimserevrsql.db file grew to 14.2MB.
