This is a real old bug that I'm sure I mentioned in the forums, but may not have logged a bug.

If you add new music to your PC, and then add it to the library by using the Browse Music Folders, instead of doing a re-scan, the album artwork is not picked up.

Also, because the music is now in the library, a rescan for new/changed music still fails to pick up artwork.

A full clear library/rescan is required to force the scanner to pick up artwork.

There is probably a related bug that artwork added to items already in the library database is not picked up on rescans.
