Customers are complaining that the "Choose Genres" option in Random Mix is cumbersome and does not replace the previous options of 'Shuffle Genres' and 'Play All'. The opinion voiced, is that backing out of their Now Playing list, choose the genres they want to play, and then select either an artist or an album is not at all what they want this feature to do.

Proposed changes would be the inclusion of a proper Genres option in Random Mix, that would compile a playlist of all music from that Genre, and shuffle that.
