(SIRIUS) will not connect to the appy gallery

From SIRIUS - We were working with the SB Touch and it seemed to be working really well, then all of a sudden it wouldn’t connect to the app gallery anymore. Everything else seems to be working. Here’s the note from the tester: Register the device downloads etc, but will not connect to SIR or App Gallery, it says "Failed to Parse". Factory reset, reloaded firmware, but still same problem. Any ideas? - Dave
Error message is seen if account is inactive. I can not find MAC address of player provided. Please provide name of account Sirius is using.

From SIRIUS - The mysqueezebox.com account name is mark.squires@siriusxm.com Although the previous squeezebox radio shows up in this account the SB Touch does not. Could this be a factor?

I have tried to reproduce this issue without success. Can anyone still reproduce this issue and if so please add reproduction steps to your comment.
We had some other reports of 'Failed to Parse' on some services around the time of this original bug filing. That and Steven's inability to reproduce this bug make me think it was just a transient problem, and is probably better now. Laura, could you add sirius's bugzilla account to the cc'list so that I can see if they can still reproduce this?
Approval for the Sirius implementation on Touch received Dec 31 2009.
Closing resolved bugs - if you feel this bug still exists please first re-test with the latest SW/FW version. If you are able to reproduce then feel free to reopen and attach new logs / steps to reproduce.
