We are awaiting MH response. What other logs can we have the customer turn on? Thanks, LaRon
Received information back from MH. States that this is either a permissions issue, or the files may have been deleted. The customer is able to play the files individually. Advising customer to contact Apple for help with making sure files have correct permissions. Thanks, LaRon
Bear with me here LaRon. I only had 1 song downloaded from itunes in my library. All my music was ripped from cd's or downloaded in mp3 format using limewire. This music has been in my hard drive and playing for 2 years now. I don't understand what you are talking about apple permissions for. I assume apple permissions relate to music downloaded from itunes. None of my music came from apple. Am I missing something here? Regards, Ray
Hello All, Sent email to customer to address his question. Thanks, LaRon
LaRon & company: One further comment regarding the Apple operating system permissions theory. Do you remember LaRon that I was experiencing this problem on my previous pc BEFORE I bought the mac. This kind of debunks the apple permissions theory doesn't it? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks, Ray
