Class::XSAccessor 1.05 update

The attached patch:

  1) updates the (optional) Class::XSAccessor dependency to the latest version
(1.05), which combines the hash and array implementations, improves the API,
and significantly boosts performance.
  2) Eliminates calls to private/undocumented Class::XSAccessor APIs.

The patch is made against SVN HEAD.

Note: the patch doesn't update the files in vendor/CPAN.

Andy, is this important enough to put into 7.5.0?

Michael, do you have an opinion on how urgent this patch is? Thanks!

Not really a bug, not a showblocker.
