Firmware 7.4.1 r7915

Certain stations on the Squeezebox Radio require you to press the FWD button to play. They will display the Playing Arrow in the lower left hand side, and the channels icon, but no sound will come out. If you press FWD however there is a soft crackle as the speaker turns on, and then the music plays. This also prevents the station from playing when set as an alarm.
