Based on a design meeting at the last onsite:
1. proximity sensor off
2. IR remote input changes to large text skin
3. touch changes to small text skin
4. available setting for selecting one and turning that behavior off

Description:
- proximity not used for skin switch.
- touch and remote skins are now selectable, under Screen->Select Skin

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
