In any menu screen if I reach the top menu item the Up arrow should loop to last menu item.  Same with last menu item using Down arrow should loop to top menu item.

Note:  This does work properly on Radio.

Fixed Bug: 15104 +1
Description:
- my bad cut and paste broke ir wraparound
- also fix setSelectedItem() which could select offscreen item without updating the screen in certain cases

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
