This seems to be a C-span Specific issue.

From the main menu I selected Internet Radio > Talk > News > All Stations> C-Span Radio  which causes multiple reboots.

Andy: is this a WMA stream? or some other format that is causing watchdog to kick in?

Fixed bug #15054
Reverted an optmization. The wma documentation does not make sense, and the optmization failed with this radio 
stream.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
