Description Morgan 2005-05-06 04:57:43 UTC
In this scenereo, I have two Squeezeboxes sync'd together. One is an SB2, the
second an SB. Let's call the SB2, Player A, and the SB Player B. I am
controlling the music on Player A with the remote. I Use the Fast Forward and
Fast Rewind function from the remote. Player A stops playing music. Player B
continues to play. I can continue to operate all features via Player A, but NO
MUSIC comes out of Player A. Everying else appears correct while navigating
menus on Player A.

OS on Player A = 11
OS on PLayer B = 40

OS for SlimServer = 6.0.2 on Red Hat Fedora Core 3

Thanks guys

Morgan, can I ask you to try the 6.0.3 nightly build
(http://www.slimdevices.com/downloads/nightly/latest/6.0.3/). This may have been
fixed with the change for bug 1289.
Comment 2 Morgan 2005-05-20 12:02:41 UTC
So I tried out the 6.1 nightly hoping that Vidur is correct and the defect is
fixed. I was unable to recreate the defect as described, but did experience the
bug 1289, where the playback stopped at the end of a track, and did not continue
through the playlist. I want to make sure the fix for 1289 was checked into the
6.1 branch.

bug 1289 was patched to branch on april 29 as change 3105 (follow link to see)
