When something goes wrong with my IP3K players, I find it handy to be able to restart them by holding the power button pressed on the IR remote.

Too many times, I have to shut my Controllers down and restart them for getting some feature working again correctly, and since the Controller, Radio & Touch all run Jive, I'm afraid the Controller bugs may sometimes appear on the latter.

Actually, both Touch and Radio seem to ignore the hold power button pressed from the IR remote. There's some kind of workaround with the SB Radio, because it has a hard power button that can be used to properly shut the unit down and restart it later. But there's nothing like that with the Touch.

Accessing the power plug on the rear of the unit may not very convenient (short cables on audio/usb inputs), and given there may be some I/Os waiting to be flushed to disk, it probably would be safer to offer a way to properly reboot the unit, rather than brutally power it off.
