We should only display the server not availailable message when the player receives IR from our 
remote (not any spurious IR).  This will reduce confusion in folks that often have their server 
turned off.  It might even make sense to only display this message when the power button is 
pressed. In any case, the player will still try to connect, just do so silently.

Fixed for firmware v.20

Client now only gives feedback on up, down, left, right, power.
