Scanner is skipping certain tagged wav files according to scanner log. 

Attaching scanner log and sample file. 

User states everything was working fine with SC 7.3.3 and previous.

Scans fine for me, although it does raise a bunch of warnings in the scanner log when it reads the file.  See the attached log.

Forgot to say this is under SbS 7.4.2 r29065, running on Win2k3 Server.

This file scans for me OK, I tested on Windows.  There is some issue with the 
way the ICMT tag is being read but it doesn't cause the scan to fail.

I'm the person with the original issue (against 7.4.0 and 7.4.1).  I've just downloaded and tried out 7.4.2 r29073 and can confirm that the scanner is now fixed and correctly recognises my entire library.
