every player (Boom, SB3) has a menu item to access mysb.com in the home menu. as of 7.4.1 it seems the Duet (i.e. controller) has lost the ability to join mysb.com, since there isn't a menu item for it any longer.

There is an advanced menu option to do this:  Setting > advanced > networking > connect to MySB
