Bugzilla – Bug 14915
My Apps missing from Classic interface when using Fedora 11 (and other Linux flavors)
Last modified: 2010-04-08 17:26:41 UTC
091016-000405 Squeezebox Server 7.4.1 Fedora 11 (other Linux flavors as well) Hello All, When using the Squeezebox Server Classic interface in Linux, you do not get the My Apps menu. You do with Windows and MAC. I tested t his myself, and was able to replicate it. Thanks, LaRon
LaRon do you know what browser was being used to find this problem?
Hello Chris, It was Mozilla Firefox. I was able to replicate this myself. Thanks, LaRon
LaRon - working fine for me. Do you get the app menu anywhere at all (on the player, Controller, Default skin etc.)? Do you mean running the server on Fedora or the browser? I know I had missed to add those menus to skins other than Default for the initial release. But it's been added. Don't know before or after 7.4.1. Could you please try the latest 7.4.2 and report back? Also - when you're seeing this, please check the server.log file for any message about network failure. This definitely isn't a general issue which would block 7.5 from shipping.
Hello Michael, I tested this with 7.4.2, and it is working fine now. Thanks, LaRon
This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release. If you are still seeing this issue, please let us know!
