Not sure where to go with this initially. We need to decide if it's in, and get an asset from Noah. He may already have an indicator asset for this (a small graphic that appears on screen when chiral motion is enabled).

I see Ben is cc'ed on this.  My gut tells me this is okay as a P3, but maybe I have been using Touch as it is for too long and I've just gotten used to it.  Feel free to let me know if you disagree.

Where would the visual indicator appear on screen, and why would it be necessary?  Since the user needs to see whatever is scrolling past, you don't want to overlay it on the list being scrolled, so you could only place it in the header.

I strongly believe this will never happen. Target for future.
