"Power On" screen should have time/date/alarm time

When "powering off" the Touch, touching the screen will show the power button only. This screen should have the clock displayed as some of the screensavers. Having fab4 on the nightstand, I use to power it off at night. But still I'd like to see the time with a simple touch. Right now I need to power it on and wait until the screensaver kicks in.
Administrative move of 7.5 bugs. All P2, P3, P4 being downgraded one level. Will then split P1s.

and yes, it has 24h clock support too :)
