There's a user reporting issues with the web remote: players don't show up in the player drop-down list. Investigation shows he's got a player without name nor model defined, causing the client side JS to fail.

I'll fix the JS side of things. But I wonder whether we should have "ghost" players like this.

His MAC address is 00:18:de:87:4f:ef - which is an Intel address.

Bug: 14871
Description: don't crash player drop down if there's a player with a name == null. This is not the solution to this bug, but some safety measure until we've figured out what the underlying issue is.

User reported it was a SqueezePlay instance.
