In desktop SqueezePlay, when using the QVGA Landscape Skin (Radio size) only
the song title is displayed in the Now Playing title bar.  The second, smaller
line of text with artist and album is missing.

can you confirm this only happens after doing a skin switch? If you restart squeezeplay with QVGA landscape already selected, do you see the 2nd line then?

I'm fairly convinced this is a related issue to reskin() bug 12192

Good call.  You're right - if launched with the skin already in place the second line appears correctly.
