We should ignore embedded artwork in formats such as BMP, so that cover.jpg can 
be used if available.  An error should be logged when we encounter this artwork 
so users can find and fix their files.

To be clear: the workaround is to have your embedded artwork be in a friendlier format, or remove it from the files and just use the cover.jpg in the album directory.
