<Bug from Pandora> When we select a station that is already playing, the device cancels the current song and plays a new song.  This also happens when trying to “Create a station from this Artist”, when the artist playing is the same one the station was created from.  The expected behavior is the station should not be interrupted.  When doing this 6 times, the user is no longer able to play that station.  They get the error message “Hourly skip limit exceeded, you may skip again later.”
