<Bug from Pandora> Entering in the incorrect information (bad username/password) the web page loses it’s formatting and Sign In button.

Yeah I've seen this too, not always easy to reproduce.

Can't reproduce this. Tried 20-30x but always was ok. 

Make sure you've fully reloaded the page.

Laura - if you ever see this again (or even are able to reproduce reliably), could you please provide a screenshot?
