Using r7790 I have the start of the week set to Monday. When setting the days of an alarm, the first day is shown as Sunday. This should be Monday.

There was some debate about why this was originally made a per-player setting.  We resolved that users more commonly want all their players to behave the same as far as time format.

Ben notes this is difficult, although it is a real bug.  It will need to be carefully prioritized.

The 'UI' component is being removed.  This bug is being shifted to the appropriate new component.
