Description Weldon Matt 2009-10-09 09:06:53 UTC
The "line in" feature shuts off by itself after 30 seconds or so if Baby is not connected to a network (network icon is red). You can prevent the audio shutoff by turning a knob or pressing a button before the timeout.

Verified by Tom, seen on a production Baby in Mtn View.
Comment 1 Wadzinski Tom 2009-10-12 12:27:29 UTC
This happens if your server is down when you restart, which probably is often the case if you decide to still use the baby for line-in playback (For instance, Matt was using the baby in his car with his iphone).

patch

Patch - Jump from ACTIVE directly to SLEEP should use soft power state, not player power state, which might be unknown.
