Description Osama Zaidan 2009-10-08 08:32:56 UTC
Customer hears a loud static noise when the current playing song finishes and the receiver move to the next song. If he jumps to the next song using the forward key on the controller, the next song plays fine, no popping sound.

His files are Aiff format, the same files used to play without any problem under 7.3.3

MAC pro 10.6
SC version 7.4.0-r28672

Run = 091006-001977

Could QA please try to reproduce, maybe get the AIFF files in question? Thanks

There is a burst of loud static noise lasting about 4 seconds when the current song playing finishes and the Transporter moves to the next song. If I jump to the next song using the forward key on the controller, the next song plays fine, no burst of static sound.

The files are all AIFF format - 16-bit / 44.1 kHz, the same files that used to play without any problem under 7.3.3

MAC Mini Operating system: Mac OS X 10.6.2 - EN - utf8

SC version 7.4.1 - r28947 @ Tue Oct 20 08:13:22 PDT 2009
Platform Architecture: x86_64
Perl Version: 5.10.0 - darwin-thread-multi-2level
MySQL Version: 5.0.22-standard
Total Players Recognized: 1

The burst of noise is Full Signal (FS) and presents a serious source of damage to speakers and ears!!!
