I noticed that the save playlist link was missing from the Default skin tonight.
 Deleting a track from the playlist brought it back, then I changed players, and
then changed back.  the link was gone again.  Looking in pages.pm, I think that
the cansave param needs to be set in the case that we skip the playlist render.

patch coming shortly.

this seems to keep the save link around when it is supposed to be there.  Let
me know if we need this for 6.0.3 or not.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
