The titles for those blocks run-in to the previous paragraph due to
insufficient bottom margin on the paragraph -- this is hard on the eyes and bad
typography in general.

Suggest: increase paragraph bottom spacing to improve legibility.

Note that attachment 6058 [details] is an example of improved margin accomplished by hacking the existing CSS with Firebug.
