h1 and h2 appear identical in size and weight -- this looks bad and reads poorly. The h2's appear way too large, the h1 not large enough.

FYI h1s were originally 32px arial, and p2s were 18px arial.  I can see us getting back to this.

Good catch! 

Matt - I think we not only need to define the font sizes, but what paragraph to use in which place too. h1 is being used for the page headers. Thus I had to change them for the content blocks. Maybe we should be using h2/h3 there instead?
