The problem is the volume control. When its on 0, its obviously muted, but when its on 1, its actually quite loud on some songs. I just mean its too loud to have the song on in the background and have a conversation at the same time. The reason this is an issue for me is that I have a baby who sleeps in the room next door. For the last 10 days I have been unable to alter the volume settings and knowone appears to be able to help on the forums. All I want is the ability to have more control over the volume, particular at low levels. Can this be achieved or do I need to need to return the Duet back to the shop?
