This has to do with configuring time settings (manually and/or automatically) when a fab4 is being used offline for extended periods (the only practical time this would happen would be with a fab4 that is exclusively using a USB-connected drive and/or SD card.)

Administrative move of 7.5 bugs. All P2, P3, P4 being downgraded one level. Will then split P1s.
