During the uninstall process on Windows XP (haven't tested Vista/7) the tray icon will disappear and reappear multiple times and then finally the uninstall completes. I've watched this process with Task Manager opened and the tray executable is starting and stopping.

I see this with our official 7.4.0 release, on multiple systems. (home and office)

This does _not_ prevent the uninstall. It always completes successfully if this is seen. This is low priority.

(Additional detail: if you initiate the uninstall with the tray icon stopped before hand, it actually restarts the tray icon and you see the same as above. I would think that if the tray icon were stopped there would be no need to start it to uninstall it.)

while it's confusing... it's by design: the installer launches the tray icon with parameters to cleanly shut down SBS processes. But you shouldn't see it more than 2-3x. Do you?

No, I see it about that much: 2-3 times.
