SlimServer needs to be updated to be asynchronous everywhere it can be via AsyncHTTP.

It's an ongoing task. The main places to do this are in Slim::Player::Source
when we connect to a remote track for playback and Slim::Utils::Scan where we
connect to remote playlists to get their contents.
