Bugzilla – Bug 14594
No FFwd and Rwd in Napster Tracks
Last modified: 2009-10-22 11:47:49 UTC
I am not able to use fast forward or rewind when I listen to tracks from Napster (Germany) on my SB Classic connected to mySqueezebox.com.
Which tracks on Napster? Not all track support FF/RW if you play a saved album from Napster > My Music you can scan if you play a track from Top 100 or Radio you can not scan
(In reply to comment #1) > Which tracks on Napster? Not all track support FF/RW > > if you play a saved album from Napster > My Music you can scan > > if you play a track from Top 100 or Radio you can not scan Are you sure? Is this new? I use Napster a lot and i always used to be able to scan any track, including top 100's.
Andy: is what I stated correct?
I cannot scan any of the track. Even no track in the "Napster > My Napster Library"-Folder (I think you mean that with "Napster > My Music"). I am quite sure - as Dominic Evans mentioned - that i was able to scan any track on Napster. But this was BEFORE switching from squeezenetwork.com to mysqueezebox.com. Dominic, which tracks are you able to scan NOW using mysqueezebox.com?
Same here. With 7.3.x i could FF/RW within tracks (using the controller) of the "my music" folder in Napster. With 7.4.x this functionality has been gone. The "seeking window" appers and the "timestam point" moves while pressing FF/RW, but immediately jumps back after loosing the FF/RW buttons again on the controller.
