The compilation to reproduce this bug.

When you have a compilation that was not released on a CD, i.e. Rolling Stones
100 greatest songs or My Friends Mix 1, each song has a different cover image,
namely the cover of the album it's from.

The Web UI will show the correct cover for each song.
However, the Controller will show the cover that is shown for the "album",
namely the cover image of the first song on the compilation.

This is probably (I'm guessing) because the controller only downloads the Album
cover art, not the song cover art from the server. However, since the Web UI
works fine, perhaps the code is already there and only needs to be copied over?

The attached "compilation" reproduces the problem on 7.4 with Group compilation
albums together enabled.

when you state that "each song has a different cover image" are these images stored in the file (embedded images)
or
do you have image.jpg named based on the file and stored in the same location as the file?

Stored in the file.
As mentioned, the attached compilation reproduces exactly.

I observed the same behavior. Very disapointing if you have 1000s of tangos organized by Performer and (mostly) without album, track#, etc. With almost all tracks the face of Adolfo Carabelli (alphabetically the first) is shown.

Unassigned bugs cannot have a priority.
