I see at least one place where the wraparound behavior of navigating menus doesn't work: on Baby under Settings > Screen > Screensavers > [some_selection].  At the top of the menu it beeps, at the bottom there's no audio feedback, and neither of them wrap around.  This menu has text displayed at the top, so maybe that's what makes it different.

if a menu header is displayed at the top, it does not wrap by design.

Confirmed the audio feedback is not present at the bottom, but I'm not rating this bug high enough to spend time on. Bigger fish to fry.
