Ben fixed a bug, and that's made a white square stop icon appear in the status bar on baby and jive. It's ugly and un-needed. The original design for jive deliberately left a blank space instead of an ugly icon. Matt can we take this out please.

I forget the original bug number, but several people asked for the icon.  Personally, I think "stopped" is a state that few everyday users are going to encounter (there is, after all, no "stop" button).  Making this a p4 for now, can discuss after initial bug scrub.

The 'UI' component is being removed.  This bug is being shifted to the appropriate new component.
