The stuff to cope with having a separate scann DB while scanning has been loast as part of all the branch moves and merges.

For example, the code to implement "replace_with('squeezebox-scanner.db')" is missing, as is the code to scan to that DB in the first place.

Fixed bug 14512:
Fixed some SQLite merges that got lost.
Added --dbtype SQLite flag to enable SQLite for testing.
Made the new scanner code compatible with MySQL.
Still many scanner bugs, but scans against both DB types at least run now.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
