Description Mickey Gee 2009-10-01 12:07:24 UTC
My wife was playing Mediafly podcasts. She says that on two successive podcasts, the track was playing and then suddenly jumped to the beginning. So she didn't her the end of the podcasts.

Running on battery-Baby with 7790 firmware and connected to SbS release 7.4.0.
Comment 1 Mickey Gee 2009-10-01 12:08:40 UTC
Clarification -- it actually jumped to the beginning of the same podcast, and not to the next one.
Comment 2 James Richardson 2009-10-07 10:36:36 UTC
did you have repeat track on?
Comment 3 Mickey Gee 2009-10-07 11:18:35 UTC
Nope, no track repeat. Never use that feature at my house.
Comment 4 Ross Levine 2009-10-07 14:12:39 UTC
Mickey how long did it take for the restart to occur? Could it be consistent to that particular podcast?
Comment 5 Mickey Gee 2009-10-07 14:18:55 UTC
Not sure if it's the same Mediafly podcast all the time. But she generally listens to KQED Forum podcasts, and they're all about 1 hour.

I understand that it will jump after it's played 75% of the podcast, and it's repeatable lately. But I don't have any other details since I've never experienced this myself.

Mickey I tried to reproduce this today and was unsuccessful.

Can you specify what podcast you were playing as that may have something to do with it?
Comment 7 James Richardson 2009-10-23 13:45:41 UTC
Mickey: Can you replicate this with 7.4.1 r7915? if so, please include the link to the podcast that is causing this error and reopen the bug.
