After successful upgrade, Boom or Duet cannot play audio

I have unsubstantiated reports from Tier-1 that we've had many customers call in with the same issue: after a successful upgrade, they try playing music and cannot hear any audio. It's unknown whether this is on mySB.co or SS. My suspicion is SS, and we're seeing normal firewall activity, but I'll try to learn more.
Anoop: can you please research this issue, gathering and documenting data so we can properly address this bug.
Dan, Any new reports from Tier 1 about this issue? Is it a firewall coming into play?

I have not been able to replicate, nor have I gotten any more information on this bug. Closing the bug until more substantive information comes in regarding this issue.
