Our menus are inconsistent between players.  App Gallery is after My Apps on IP3K Players but before it on SP players.  Personally I think the order should be:

* My Apps
* App Gallery

They should be the same regardless of the order.

Concensus of the bug meeting is: My apps should be before app gallery.

Fixed bug 14453, swap weights of My Apps and App Gallery so My Apps is first
