A late fix to turn off power saving for playback (with alarms, web ui, etc) causes the screen to brighten 10 seconds before the end of each track.

This is most obvious on jive playback, but also seen on baby too.

Track play state better, so power saving wakeup is only called when playback starts, not on every track change.
